User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that may compromise the security and integrity of the platform. Any attempt to exploit system errors, use automated software, or disrupt platform operations is strictly prohibited.
Payment & Transaction Information
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the vag88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including bank transfer, TNG eWallet, and other options listed in the platform's deposit section.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the selected payment method.

In certain cases, valid account balances may be refunded upon completion of a review process, subject to compliance requirements. vag88 is not liable for any losses arising from account closure resulting from a user's own violations.
Liability Limits
The vag88 platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee that it will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or connectivity issues. vag88 is not liable for any financial losses arising from technical disruptions, game outcomes, or betting results. vag88's total liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited within the thirty (30) days preceding the date the claim arises.
Intellectual Property
All content on the vag88 platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of vag88 or its respective licensors.
